| 摘 要： | 对医院统计指标与指标体系发展进行了回顾与分析,认为医院统计指标和指标体系的发展趋势是:适应新的医学模式,使指标的设置更为完善,使医院评价工作更为全面;定性指标将发挥应有的作用,坚持定性指标和定量指标相结合,以定量指标评价为主;指标体系应趋于统一、完整,使评价工作程序化,评价手段微机化。

| Abstract: | For overall, detailed and comparative evaluation of service quality and efficiency of hospitals and various clinical departments, statistical targets and target systems, whether these are qualitative or quantitative , should be gradually improved, standardized in definitions, systematized, and thus become suitable for computerized analysis. |
