| 摘 要： | 卫生部和国家教委将麻醉科确定为二级学科、一级临床科室,但目前我国大部分医院麻醉科的工作程序仍然沿袭着其初级阶段(医技科室)的方式运作,这在一定程度上影响了麻醉科功能的发挥,进而影响了麻醉科工作的质量。作者剖析了麻醉科旧的工作程序之不足,阐述了建立麻醉协议书制度对纠正这些不足的必要性。试图以此为起点逐步完善麻醉工作程序,提高临床工作质量。
