| Abstract: | The successful experience of the People' s Hospital of Qingyuan City in achieving simul taneous good quality, high efficiency and low cost are assessed from a number of dimensions: a breakthrough in the concept of hospital benefits, based on the growing qualitative and quantitative importance of health services;an emancipation of the minds for adopting realistic approacn to more and more market - oriented health economy; continuous quality improvement processes formulated according to characteristics in economic management of various clinical departments, auxiliary departments, and general service sector; overall consideration and all - round arrangements of development plans of health services. |
