| 摘 要： | 胃肠间质瘤是胃肠道最常见的间叶性肿瘤，因其形态及生物学行为多变，诊断及临床治疗存在较大困难，结合目前国内外对胃肠间质瘤的最新研究进展，介绍伊马替尼对胃肠间质瘤的治疗特点，以提高对胃肠间质瘤临床诊断及治疗的认识。

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are the most common mesenchymoma. Because of the variety of their morphology and biological behavior, diagnosis and clinical treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors are difficult. The trait of Imatinib treatment is introduced, according to the international new development of gastroin-testinal stromal tumors, in order to improve the understanding of diagnosis and clinical treatment of gastrointesti-nal stromal tumors. |
