缺血性脑卒中患者血清中sICAM-1的变化

Change of Serum sICAM-1 in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To define the of serum sICAM - 1 levels after cerebral ischemia. Methods: Serum concentrations of sICAM -1 were tested at different time in 20 patients with acute ischemic stroke and compared with age - and sex - matched controls with (n = 20) and without (n = 20) vascular risk factors. The data were analyzed with various analysis. Results: Patients with acute stroke had increased level of sICAM - 1 at 8h, and reached peak level at 24h, and remained at a high level until 15d. People with vascular risk factors also had increased level of sICAM - 1. Conclusion: Soluble ICAM - 1 was up - regulated in patients with acute ischemic stroke and those with vascular risk factors. The high level of sICAM - 1 may have close relation with the ischemic stroke and be a new marker of the disease.
