左旋氧氟沙星与头孢呋辛治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床研究

目的观察左旋氧氟沙星与头孢呋辛两种抗菌药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的疗效和不良反应。方法 60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者分为两组,每组30人,左旋氧氟沙星组应用左旋氧氟沙星500mg静脉滴注,1次/d,头孢呋辛组应用头孢呋辛300mg静脉滴注,2次/d,疗程为10天,观察临床疗效。结果左旋氧氟沙星组临床治愈和好转率为86.7%;头孢呋辛组临床治愈和好转率为80%。应用左旋氧氟沙星的患者中13.3%需要更换抗菌药物,而头孢呋辛为20.0%,两组间比较差异无统计学意义。6.67%的左旋氧氟沙星患者和10.0%的头孢呋辛患者因为药物不良反应停止治疗。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者应用左旋氧氟沙星500mg/d及头孢呋辛300mg/d治疗,均有很好的临床疗效和耐受性。

Clinical study of Levofloxacin and Cefuroxime in the treatment of COPD during the acute phase
