乙烯裂解焦炭在燃烧过程中的微观形态变化

摘    要:对乙烯裂解焦炭的性质进行了分析,并对乙烯裂解焦炭在未加助燃剂和添加助燃剂情况下的燃烧过程中微观形态的变化进行了研究。研究结果表明,乙烯裂解焦炭在燃烧后期的燃烧速率比前期小很多,而且有5%左右的烧焦残余物很难燃尽。加入了助燃剂后,焦炭原有的微观形态被破坏,这不仅提高了焦炭的燃烧速率,而且也增加了焦炭的燃尽率。

Abstract:In this paper, the property of coke from ethylene cracking and changes of its microcosmic structure in the combustion process with and without combustion-supporting agent were studied. The coke combustion rate at the end is much smaller than that at the beginning. Coke from ethylene cracking can't be exhausted by combustion, leaving 5% combustin residue. After the addition of combustion-supporting agent, the original microcosmic structure of coke is broken, thus not only increases the combustion rate, but also increases the burn-off rate of the coke.
