| 摘 要： | 探讨闭合性喉气管断裂的发病机理、临床特点及急救原则。方法：诊治了８例严重闭合性损伤致喉气管断裂的患者，男６例，女２例，年龄１３－３６例，平均２４岁。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the pathogenesis, clinical features and principles of fragmentation of largnx and trachea by closed neck injury.Methods:8 cases of fragmentation of largnx and trachea complicated by closed neck injury were treated in our department from Oct.1976 to Sept.1996. There were 6 males and 2 females ranging in age from 13 to 36 years with an average of 24 years.Results:Of the 8 cases,one died of bleeding asphyxia, another died before operation, one had stenosed larynx and trachea which necessitated further repair because first aid management was not sufficient and the other 5 cases restored good largngeal and trocheal functions.Conclusion:The medical history and clinical features are chief diagnosis foundations of the fragmentation of larynx and trachea. Timely and right treatment is the key to success. |
