轻型颅脑损伤的脑电地形图

摘    要:我们分析了119例主诉较重但临床检查与头颅CT扫描无阳性发现的轻型颅脑损伤病人的BEAM,结果显示BEAM的异常率达61.4%。BEAM检测出的脑电功能异常部位与受伤机制相符,对轻型颅脑损伤有辅助诊断价值。

Abstract:BEAM of 119 patients with mild head injury who usually had severe clinical complains without obvious signs and findings of CT scan were studied. The results revealed that 61. 4% patients had an abnormal BEAM. A significant relationship was found between the position of abnormal BEAM and the mechanism of head inujry. BEAM may be used as.a criterion of assistant diagnosis of mild head injury.
