PPH手术治疗环状混合痔180例与传统手术疗效对比分析

目的：探讨PPH手术治疗环状混合痔或内痔嵌顿的临床疗效。方法：使用吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）、PPH＋痔上动脉缝扎治疗以痔脱出为主要症状的共180例混合痔患者，对照组167例患者采用外剥内扎手术。观察两组手术创面平均愈合时间．术后并发症。结果：通过对手术时间、疼痛程度、住院时间等进行比较观察，发现PPH＋部分外痔切除治疗环状混合痔优势明显。结论：对痔的环形脱出，使用PPH或PPH＋痔上动脉缝扎治疗，效果优于传统的外剥内扎手术。
