摘    要:目的 探讨高渗醋酸酐(HA/D)对大鼠创伤失血性休克后肝细胞线粒体功能的影响。方法 大鼠64只,随机分为正常对照组、休克末组、生理盐水(NS,4ml.kg^-1体重)治疗后30、60、120min组及HAD(4ml.kg^-1体重)治疗后30、60、120min组,每组8只,股骨骨折加股动脉放血制作创伤失血性休克模型,各 运行至实验时限后活杀,取肝组织测定测定细胞线粒体呼吸控制率(RCR)、腺苷二

Effects of hypertonic sodium acetate/dextran on hepatocytic mitochondria during traumatohemorrhagic shock in rats

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of hypertonic sodium acetate/dextran (HA/D) on hepatocytic mitochondria during traumatohemorrhagic shock in rats. Methods 64 rats were randomized into normal control, normal saline (NS) treated and HA/D treated groups. The animal model of traumatohemorrhagic shock was established with fracture of the femur followed with bleeding through the femoral artery. Respiratory control rate (RCR), ADP/O, H + ATPase and NADH CoQ reductase activity and calcium concentration in hepatocytic mitochondria were determined 30, 60 and 120 minutes after the administration of NS or HA/D. Results RCR, ADP/O and the activity of H + ATPase and NADH CoQ reductase of hepatocytic mitochondria were more markedly improved in HA/D treated group than in NS treated group and calcium concentration of hepatocytic mitochondria was markedly lower in the formar than in the latter. Conclusion Infusion of small volume of HA/D can significantly attenuate the dysfunction of hepatocytic mitochondria in traumatohemorrhagic shock in rats.
