婴幼儿腹泻953例临床观察

目的观察消化散与VB12穴位注射带疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法1905例婴幼儿腹泻患者随机分为A（观察）组953例．B（对照）组952例。A组采用我院配制的消化散腔囊口服（其主要成分为乳酶生、胰酶、复合维生素B，每粒重量0．25g），同时加用VB12 500μg。以注射用水稀释至4．5ml．行天抠穴、鼠侧足三里穴位注射。对照组单用消化散胶囊治疗，其方法与观辑组相同。结果观察组总有效率100％，与对照组总有效率93，4％比较P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。结论消化散腔盘口服配合VB12穴住注射治疗婴幼儿腹泻见效快，治禽率高，费用低。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF 953 CASES WITH INFANTILE DIARRHEA

Objective To observe curative effect of Xiaohuasan capsule combined VB12 in infantile diarrhea. Methods 952 cases with infantile diarrhea were treated by oral medicine Xiaohuasan(It is made of lactobacillus,amylopsin and complex vitamin B, each capsule weigh 0.25g),which was control group; 953 cases in treatment group with infantile diarrhea not only took Xiaohuasan capsules but also accepted VB12 point injection(both Tianshu and Zusanli of two sides). Results 100% of cases in treatment group was cured, whereas 93.4% of control cases was curred,P<0.01,there was significant difference between them. Conclusion Oral administration of Xiaohuasan combined point injection of VB12 is effective for infantile diarrhea, which has higher cure rate and lower expense.
