腰椎间盘突出症早期患者综合治疗的临床护理

摘    要:目的:观察中药熏蒸、超短波、陈醋导入综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症早期的疗效及护理措施。方法:对96例早期腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中药熏蒸、超短波、陈醋直流电导入综合治疗和指导腰背肌功能锻炼。结果:20d后进行疗效评定,治愈64例,显效23例,好转6例,无效3例,总有效率96.87%。结论:腰椎间盘突出症早期患者,采用中药熏蒸、超短波、陈醋导入等治疗能有效地消除炎症,解除疼痛,恢复正常功能,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of combined treatment of fumigation and steaming method by Chinese herbal medicine, ultrashort wave and direct current iontophoresis taking vinegar as ion conductor in the treatment of early protrusion of intervertebral disc and nursing measures. Methods: The combined treatment of fumigation and steaming method by Chinese herbal medicine, ultrashort wave and direct current iontophoresis was applied to 96 patients with early protrusion of intervertebral disc and functional training of muscles of waist and back was additionally given. Results: The assessment of effectiveness was made after 20-day treatment, showing that 64 patients were cured, effective in 23 patients, 6 patients improved and no effective in 3 patients. The total effective rate was 96.87%. Conclusion: The combined treatment of fumigation and steaming method by Chinese herbal medicine, ultrashort wave and direct current iontophoresis can effectively eliminate inflammation, relief pain and promote restoration of function.The treatment is worthy of application clinically.
