| 摘 要： | 当桡骨远端由于外伤或肿瘤遭到破坏波及关节面时，常需行桡骨远端切除重建。以往的方法均不理想，目前较好的方法是：游离腓骨，取用带血管的腓骨头移植替代桡骨远端重建腕关节。
