| 摘 要： | 本文报告了62例下陷型舌下腺囊肿,占同期收治的333例舌下腺囊肿的19.08%。男女之比为1.7:1。年龄最小者7岁,最大者56岁。62例中仅表现口外肿块者26例(41.9%),既表现舌下肿块亦表现同侧颌下或颏下肿块者36例(58.06%)。组织学观察有39例存在囊壁,但仅7例可见部分上皮衬里。作者提出下陷型舌下腺囊肿宜采用口内途径切除舌下腺而不切除囊肿的术式,并对囊肿形成的机理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Sixty-two cases of plunging sublingual gland cyst are presented,accounting for 19.08%of 333 cases of sublingual gland cyst treated during the same period.The ratio of male to female was 1.7:1. Their ages ranged from 7 to 56 years.Examinations did not notice a swelling in the floor of the mouth in 26 cases and an oral swelling with cervical extension in 36 cases.There were 39 cases in which cyst wall was histopathologlcally discovered but in them there were only 7 cases in which a part of lining epithelium was found.It is suggested that plunging sublingual cyst may be cured by removing the asso- ciated sublingual gland through the mouth without excising the cyst wall.Pathogenesis of these cyst is also discussed. |
