| 摘 要： | 目的:建立滇白珠中槲皮苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Appollo-C18色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈-0.1％磷酸(23∶ 77)为流动相,254 nm为检测波长,柱温为室温.结果:槲皮苷在0.027 5～0.88μg峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=1.00),平均回收率为99.0％,RSD 2.37％(n=6).结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药材含量测定方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To assay the content of quercitr in Gaultheriae leucocarpa by HPLC.Method: The Appollo-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(23 ∶ 77),the detection wave length was at 254 nm and the column temperature was at room temperature.Result:Linearity of quercitr was good at 0.027 5-0.88 μg(r=1.00).The average recovery of buddleodide was 102.7% with RSD less than 1.65%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be applied in determination of quercitrin in G.leucocarpa. |
