摘    要:目的:建立藏成药十味手参散中胡椒碱的含量测定方法.方法:色谱条件Kromasil-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(77∶ 23),检测波长343 nm,流速1.0 mL· min-1.结果:胡椒碱在0.448~2.24 μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),十味手参散中胡椒碱的平均回收率为99.43%(n=6).结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可有效控制藏成药十味手参散的质量.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a feasible method for the content determination of piperine in Shiwei Shoushen powder by RP-HPLC.Method:An HPLC method was adopted with column Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water(77∶23).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 343 nm.Result:The calibration curve showed a good linearity with in the range of 0.448-2.24 μg.The average recovery was 99.43%.Conclusion:This method is convenient,rapid and reliable for quality control of this preparation.
