| 摘 要： | 目的讨论小切口手术治疗新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂的疗效。方法本院2009年2月～2011年1月期间采用小切口手术治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂29例,全部病例均进行随访,对其资料进行分析。结果所有病例术后跟腱的连续性完全恢复,手术切口愈合良好,术后6～8 w下地行走,5～6个月后基本恢复到伤前的功能。结论对新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂实施小切口手术治疗,修复腱围组织,为跟腱的愈合提供良好的解剖生理条件,能很好地保护患部组织的血供,跟腱的解剖形态更接近伤前,术后患肢功能恢复满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery curing fresh closed Achilles tendon rupture.Method Follow up 29 cases with minimally invasive treatment of acute closed Achilles tendon rupture during February 2009 to January 2011,and analyze their data.Result In all patients the continuity of the Achilles tendon fully recovered,incision healed well,walking during 6 to 8 weeks after surgery and they can recovered to pre-injury function in 5 to 6 months.Conclusion We advise to cure fresh closed... |
