| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清胱抑素C在冠脉介入治疗所致早期肾功能损害及对比剂肾病中的应用价值。方法 :分析126例冠脉介入治疗患者术前、术后血清肌酐及血清胱抑素C水平变化及其与年龄、性别、对比剂用量的关系。结果 :126例患者中共发生对比剂肾病6例,发生率4.7%。结论 :男性、年龄、大剂量对比剂与Scr、Cys C呈正相关。Cys C较Scr在早期肾功能损害及CIN中有更好的预测价值,特别是对于较多危险因素患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of Cystatin C in early renal dysfunction and Contrast induced nephropathy(CIN) caused by Coronary artery interventional therapy.Methods Preoperative and postoperative serum creatinine(Scr) and serum cystatin C(Cys C) changes and their relationship with age,sex and the amount of contrast media were anyalzed in a total of 126 patients who underwent coronary intervention therapy.Results Six patients occurred contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN) at a rate of 4.7% in 126 patients.... |
