复方滇丹参注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的与复方丹参注射液(丹参十三七)比较,探讨复方滇丹参(滇丹参十三七)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用在体和离体缺血心肌再灌注模型,检测血清和灌流液中MDA(丙二醛)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、CK(肌酸激酶)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)含量。结果复方滇丹参注射液能显著降低在体和离体缺血再灌注后血清和灌注液中MDA、cK和LDH水平,升高sOD和GsH-Px,作用相似于复方丹参,并能减少心肌梗死面积。结论复方滇丹参注射液有较好的抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤作用,其机制可能与抗氧自由基损伤有关。

Abstract:Objective To find out the cardio-protection induced by the compounded injections made from SY(Diandanshen,S. yunnanesis C. H. Wright) + PN(Sanqi,Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F.H. Chen) during ischemia/reperfusion in rats,compared with injection made from SM(Danshen,Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)+ PN. Methods Ischemia/reperfusion models in vivo and in vitro were employed.Maleic dialdehyde(MDA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in serum or in perfusion fluid after reperfusion were determined. Results Similar to injection of SM + PN, injection of SY+PN was able to decrease MDA,CK, LDH,and increase SOD,GSH-Px,both in vivo and in vitro.Also similar to injection of SM + PN,injection of SY+PN was able to decrease ventricle ischemia area in vivo after reperfusion. Conclusion The compounded injection from SY+PN employs cardioprotection against ischemia/reperfusion injury.The effect is similar to the injection from SM +PN.The mechanisms of which may be associated with deactivating oxygen flee radicals.
