| Abstract: | Objective To summarize our experience on septic shock during and after percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) or ureteroscopic lithotripsy(URL) for upper urinary tract stones. Methods From January 2004 to April 2009,432 cases of PCNL and 645 cases of URL were carried out in our hospital.Among them,15 patients(4 men and 11 women) developed septic shock(11 cases in PCNL group and 4 in URL group);14 of them had the complication after the operations,and the other developed septic shock during the surgery.Antishock ... |
