| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病门诊自我注射预混胰岛素治疗的有效性及安全性。方法新诊断2型糖尿病患者46例,门诊组及住院组各23例,空腹血糖11.1～16.7 mmol/L,门诊组糖尿病教育后开始自行注射门冬胰岛素30治疗,住院组胰岛素泵治疗,共4 w。结果两组第7 d、2 w、4 w各项血糖指标较治疗前均有显著改善(p<0.01)。门诊组患者第7 d、2 w末血糖达标率低于住院组(39.1%vs 56.5%,60.9%vs 78.3%,p<0.01),但4 w末达标率无差异(87.0%vs 90.3%,p>0.05),低血糖发生率两组无明显差异。结论在有效糖尿病教育下,新诊断糖尿病患者在门诊使用预混胰岛素治疗安全有效。
