| 摘 要： | 目的研究红灯散瘀汤对高脂血症的治疗作用。方法将114例高脂血症患者随机分入治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服红灯散瘀汤,对照组服脂必妥。治疗前后分别检测血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果治疗前后2组血脂水平均有所下降,治疗组各项指标下降的水平均高于对照组。结论红灯散瘀汤可以有效治疗高脂血症。
