乙肝病毒DNA与血清免疫标志物的对比研究

目的探讨HBVDNA与乙肝五项免疫标志物之间的关系以及各型乙肝病人HBVDNA检出率。方法血清HBVDNA采用PCR法，乙肝五项免疫标志物采用ELISA法。结果HBsAHg、HBsAHg、抗HBc阳性者HBVDNA阳性率80．3％；HBsAg、抗HBc、抗HBe阳性者HBVDNA阳性率31．6％；抗HBs、抗HBc、抗HBe阳性者HBVDNA阳性率20％。慢性乙肝HBVDNA检出率明显高于急性乙肝及乙肝病毒携带者。结论HBVDNA较乙肝五项免疫标志物更准确，更灵敏的反映血中HBV复制情况。肝脏病变越重，HBVDNA检出率越高。

Comparison of HBV-DNA by polymerase chain reaction and HBV-M by ELISA assay

To investigate the relationship betWeen HBV-DNA determined by the poymerase chainreaction (PCR) assay and Hepatitis-B markers by ELISA method, and the Prevalence of HBV-DNA indifferent types of patients with Hepatitis B. Methods Serum HBV - DNA determined by PCR assay whileHBV-markers by ELISA methods. Results of pahents positive for HBsAg, HBeAg and Anti-HBc the HBV-DNA positive rate was 80. 3%; of patients positive for HBsAg, Anti-HBe, and Anti-HBc. the HBVDNA pawsitive rate was 31 .6%; of patients posihve for Anti-HBs, Anti-HBc, Anti-HBe the HBV-DNAPositive rate was 20%. The serum HBV-DNA Prevalence of chronic hepahtis- B Patients was much highertban that of acute hepatits B patients and asymtomatic carrers. Conclusions HBV - DNA detenmined by PCRassay is much more correct, sensitive than HBV - markers by ELISA assay,The mor severe the hepatic diseaseis the higher the HBV - DNA positive rate is.
