皮肤扁平疣自身主动免疫反应的免疫学特征

摘    要:目的探讨扁平疣自身主动免疫反应的免疫学特征C方法对6例反应期疣体进行常规HE染色和免疫标记。结果①参与反应的淋巴细胞显示CD45RO+、Cb6+、CD4+、CD8+、CD20-。Mac387-。②表皮基底层内见S-100蛋白阳性的郎格罕细胞。结论扁平疣自身主动免疫反应是T细胞介导的免疫反应,主要是CDS 亚群参与的细胞毒作用,疣体的脱落是由于CDS 亚群对靶细胞的直接杀伤,使细胞溶解坏死。表皮内S-100蛋白的郎格罕细胞充当抗原递呈细胞。

Abstract:Obiective To study immunohistochemical features of self active immunity of varruca plana. Method6 cases with varruca plana at reaction stage were studied by H. E stain and immunohistochemical techniques.Results Infiltration lymphocyte indiated CD45RO , CD6 , Cm , CD8 , CD20 -, Mac387 -. Langerhas' cells of S-100 protein-Positive were found in stratum basale of epidermis. Conclusion Self activeimmunity of verruca plana is T-cell mediated specific immune response. it is mainly CD8 subsent mediatedcytotoxicity. Rejection of verruca plana is only because target cells are killed and erjected by CD8 subsent.Langerhans' cells play the Part of antigen presenting cells.
