| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉周围炎的疗效。方法:将42例(47眼)视网膜静脉周围炎患者随机分为治疗组22例(24眼)和对照组20例(23眼);治疗组:按中医辨证分型服用中药和静脉点滴地塞米松及眶周注射复方樟柳碱治疗,对照组:给予止血剂及激素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.45%,疗程平均3周,对照组为60.00%,疗程平均6周,两组比较P=0.0180.05.治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗视网膜静脉周围炎,见效快且效果明显优于单纯西药治疗。
