初次复位失败小儿肱骨髁上骨折的治疗

目的：探讨经初期手法复位失败的小儿肱骨髁上骨折的合理治疗。方法：根据复位失败后的X光片，对骨折线的走行及骨端移位的解剖学特征，进行分型，不同分型采用不同的方法处理。结果：83例经初期手法复位失败的小儿肱骨髁上骨折，73例经再次手法复位达到满意效果。结论：经初次复位失败小儿肱骨髁上骨折，只要正确分型，正确的再次手法复位，大部分病例能达到满意的复位效果，尽可能避免切开复位内固定等创伤更大的手术治疗。

The Treatment of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus after Failing in the First Reduction in Children

Objective: To explore the reasonable treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus after failing in the first reduction in children. Methods: To classify the types of fracture according to the course of fracture line and anatomical features gotten with X-ray after failing in the first reduction in children, and the patients were treated differently according to the types of fracture. Result: 73 out of 83 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus which failed in the first reduction succeeded in the second reduction by the above methods. Conclusion: Supracondylar fracture of humerus which failed in the first reduction can reduced secondly if the type of fracture could be correctly classified and manipulative reduction were correctly done, and internal fixation by incision could be avoided.
