| 摘 要： | 目的 研究急性肺损伤 /急性呼吸窘迫综合症 (AL I/ ARDS)病人术后监护最佳的临床护理路径(CNP)。方法 制定及临床应用 AL I/ ARDS病种病人 CNP并与常规护理组作对比研究。结果 应用 CNP实验组其平均住院日比常规组缩短 3.6 7天 ,住院平均费用下降 4 7.35 % ,并发症减少 16 .6 7% ,护理缺陷率下降 6 9.11% ,P<0 .0 5。病人满意度及护理人员工作满足感分别提高 9.0 0 %和 13.33%。结论 AL I/ ARDS患者临床护理应用CNP可提高护理品质及降低病人费用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study CNP for ALI/ARDS after surgery. Methods The CNP for ALI/ARDS was performed and used in clinical,comparied study with routine nursing care as control group was made.Results Comaring with control group, average hospitalisation were shortened to 3.67 days, Cost of hospitalisation ( 47.35%), comlication was reduced to 16.67% and rates of nursing deffect were dropped (69.11%). The gratification level for patients and satisfaction for nurses were 9.05% and 13.33% respectively.Conclusion It can improve the quality of nursing care and decreace the cost of hospitalisation to use CNP for patients with ALI/ARDS. |
