| 摘 要： | 分析了上海市现有土地资源奇缺、滩涂资源有待开发,部分地区土地污染严重,生活垃圾资源化利用率低,污泥亟待寻找出路等问题.建议上海市在以下几方面进行资源集约化循环利用研究：开展土地资源有效利用和土地承载力调查研究;开发滩涂资源利用新途径;对已污染土壤开发高效实用的修复技术、生活垃圾分类收集、分选与堆肥等资源化利用技术;开发污泥的再生利用技术以及粉煤灰的再生利用新技术.

| Abstract: | The questions of land resource critical shortage,shoal resource de ve lopment,land of some regions being seriously polluted,low resource utilizing rat io of domestic waste and sludge being badly in need of outlet etc. were analyzed .It was suggested that Shanghai city should study on resource intensiveness recy cle utilizing in following respects:land resource effective utilization and land load-carrying ability survey;developing new way of shoal resource utilization; developing effective and practical restoration technology for polluted soil,dome stic waste sorting collection,separating and composting etc. resource utilizing technologies;developing sludge and coal ash reuse new technology. |
