2007年栖霞市部分小学入学新生预防接种情况调查

[目的]了解栖霞市入学新生预防接种证查验状况,为今后制订相关政策提供依据。[方法]采用随机抽样抽取5所小学,查验入校新生预防接种证、免疫规划疫苗接种率以及教师预防接种证查验知晓率调查。[结果]调查5所小学新生2 024人,有预防接种证1 658人,占81.92%。流动人口有预防接种证者占74.24%。城市、农村小学新生疫苗接种率均高于流动人口新生。调查小学老师82名,预防接种证查验知识知晓率为70.73%,且城镇老师知晓率高于农村。[结论]加强卫生和教育部门协作,提高入学新生预防接种证查验和疫苗查漏补种率。重点关注流动儿童的接种工作。

Investigation on the Status of Immunization among Primary New Students in Qixia City in 2007

[Objective]To understand the checking status of immunization certificate among primary new students in Qixia city,provide scientific basis for making related policies.[Methods]Immunization certificate check-up and EPI coverage investigation were conducted in 5 primary schools randomly selected,as well as the understanding rate of immunization certificate check-up among teachers was also investigated.[Results]Of the 2024 new students in 5 schools investigated,1 658 students had immunization certificate,accounting for 81.92%.74.24% of the migrant children had immunization certificate.The coverage was high among rural and urban new primary students than that among migrant new primary students.Of the 82 primary school teachers investigated,the understanding rate of immunization certificate checking was 70.73%.The understanding rate was high among town school teachers than that among rural school teachers.[Conclusion]The cooperation of educational and heath departments must be strengthened in order to enhance checking rate and immunization rate for missed children.More attention must be paid for the immunization of migrant children.
