两种方法对老年护理病房院内感染现状的分析

目的通过对老年护理病房院内感染现状的分析，探讨现有的两种院内感染计算方法在老年护理病房中的应用。方法用医院感染发病率和医院感染罹患率评估老年护理病房院内感染现状。结果我院2005年感染发病率为19．6％，感染罹患率为7.2％2006年感染发病率为20．5％，感染罹患率为8．1％；2007年感染发病率为18。1％，感染罹患率为5．9％；三年总的感染率为19．4％，感染罹患率为7．1％。结论感染罹患率的计算方法更适合老年护理病房。

Analysis of the Current Status of Nosocomial Infection on the Aged Nursing Ward by Two Methods

Objective To discuss the application of two methods calculating nosocomial infection in aged nursing ward, based on the analysis of the current status of nosocomial infection in aged nursing ward. Methods Use the incidence rate and the attack rate of infection to evaluate the current status of aged nursing ward. Results In 2005, the incidence rate is 19.6 % and the attack rate of infection is 7.2%. In 2006, the incidence rate is 20.5% and the attack rate of infection is 8.1%. In 2007, the incidence rate is 18.1% and the attack rate of infection is 5.9% these three years, the total rate is 19.4% and the attack rate of infection is 7.1%. Conclusion The method of the attack rate of infection is more reasonable in aged nursing ward.
