| 摘 要： | 目的:评价超声在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的应用价值。方法:对35例妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者进行超声观察及血hCG测定,并与病理结果对比。结果:葡萄胎23例,侵蚀性葡萄胎8例,绒毛膜癌4例。不同类型的滋养细胞疾病超声图像特征不同,滋养细胞肿瘤治疗中超声图像与血hCG呈正相关关系。结论:超声检查对妊娠滋养细胞疾病的早期诊断、良恶性的鉴别、监测化疗效果、指导治疗均有十分重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the value of ultrasonography in the patients with trophocyte diseases.Methods: Ultrasongraphy and serum choriogonadotroph hormone(HCG) were observed in thirty five patients with gestational trophocyte diseases.Results: 23 cases of hydatictiform mole,eight cases of invasive mole,and four cases of choriocarcinoma were dignosed.The different sonographic paterns were found in different types of trophoeste diseases,and the different paterns of Ultrasonography were positively correlated with the rumHCG.Conclusion: Ultrasonography might be useful technique in the early digosis,differential dignosis between benign and malignancy,evaluation of chemotherapy and guidande of treatment. |
