| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRCP及薄层轴位T2WI脂肪抑制序列对壶腹周围病变的定性诊断价值。方法收集2005-11—2007-11行磁共振检查,同时对感兴趣区行薄层扫描且临床资料完整的壶腹周围病变95例,总结其轴位MRI及MRCP的征象特征,比较增加薄层扫描前后诊断准确率。结果经手术病理或ERCP证实胰头癌27例,壶腹周围癌30例,壶腹区结石38例,MRCP结合常规MRI对病变诊断的准确率为75.79%,增加薄层扫描后准确率为92.63%,二者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.13,P<0.01)。结论薄层扫描可提高壶腹周围病变的诊断准确率,有助于小结石、小肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
