摘    要:目的 观察安置心脏永久起搏器前后心功能的变化。方法 安置VVI型埋藏式永久性心脏起搏器后90天左右行超声心动图检查,测量心脏每搏时(SV)、射血分数(EF)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、^99mTC-核素平衡法门控心血池显像测定左室射血分数(GEF)、峰射血率(PER)、峰射血率(PER)、峰充盈率(PFR)及心室相角程(DPH)。结果 超声心动图示起搏器安置后,CO增加17.3%,CI增

Abstract:To explore the change of cardiac function pre and after installing the permanent pacemaker. \ Methods\ Compared the change of GEF,PER,PFR and DPH by \+\{99m\}Tc gate control blood pool scinitigraphy and the change of SV,EF,CO,CI by echocardiogram before and after installing the permanent pacemaker in 90 days. \ Results\ Blood pool scinitigraphy revealed that PER decreased 40.8%(P<0.05).\ GEF, PFR decreased, DPH increased, but there were no statistical significance. \ Echocardiogram revealed that CO, CI increased 17.3%, 23.5%, respectively. \ SV,EF decreased, but there was no statistical significance. \ Conclusions\ The CO, CI increased significantly after the installation of permanent pacemaker. \ Otherwise the systolic and diastolic function decreased, the cause of which was the increasing of the heart rate. \ So the hemodynamics of the patients and the perfusion of the tissue were ameliorated, the life quality was improved.
