摘    要:目的研究分析直视微创无痛胆囊手术(MPBS)对人体生理参数与相关功能的影响。方法采用临床病例观察与样本统计学处理对350例MPBS生理参数进行比较分析,对其相关功能进行评价。结果MPBS对人体组织结构系统创伤性小,对机体功能系统不构成较大的破坏性,而且能及时启动机体刺激——反应系统与机体自身保护、防御、修复系统共同维持人体功能系统完整性与内环境的相对稳定性。患者手术前后12种生理参数与8项生理功能的相对恒定并全面反映患者机体的生理优势。结论MPBS手术前后生理机制不断作用和系统代偿反应,患者虽有创伤,而不表现临床症状与体征,更无痛苦反应。因此MPBS具有广阔的拓展前景和成果推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To study and analyze MPBS's reaction to body's physiological parameters and relative function.Methods Adopting the clinical case observation and the sample statistics to analyze 350 MPBSs physiological parameters and evaluate the relative function.Results MPBS had its unique advantages,such as small cut to the body organization,non-destruction to the functional system,ability to start up the stimulus-response mechanism and self-protection,prevention and rehabilitation system to keep the integrity of the function system and relative stability of the body's inner world.What's more,the relative constancy of 12 physiological parameters and 8 physiological functions before and after the operation on a patient fully showd the sufferer's body condition.Conclusion MPBS can make the body's function system keep going and properly metabolizing.The patient has a small cut but no clinical symptoms or pain with the wound.In a word,MPBS has a broad prospect and extending value.
