专科护理门诊对妊娠期糖尿病患者母婴预后的影响分析

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病护理门诊延续性护理干预行为对提高娠妊期糖尿病患者自我管理能力及母婴预后的影响。方法选取2012年5月-2012年12月我院接受妊娠期糖尿病护理门诊干预的79例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为试验组，选择未接受妊娠期糖尿病护理门诊护理干预的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为对照组，观察两组患者的妊娠期糖尿病相关知识、饮食和运动治疗依从性、血压、体重增长、分娩方式、新生儿情况等指标。结果两组比较，治疗组的妊娠期糖尿病知识知晓率、饮食和运动治疗依从性提高，其空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖控制水平良好，剖宫产率、巨大儿发生率明显降低沪〈0．05）；而血压方面，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论通过妊娠期糖尿病护理门诊的护理干预有助于提高患者的自我管理能力，对改善母婴预后有重要起重要的作用。

Analysis of the clinic nursing effect on patients with diabetic pregnancy maternal and infant prognosis

Objective ] To investigate the gestational diabetesoutpatient care continuity nursing intervention behavior to improve the effect of patients with gestational diabetes self management ability and perinatal outcome. Methods ] 79 cases of gestational diabetes in 2012 May to 2012 December forgestational diabetes outpatient care intervention as the experimental group, choose did not accept the pregnancyintervention period outpatient diabetes care nursing of 120 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients as the control group, two groups were observed in patients withgestational diabetes related knowledge, diet and exercisetreatment compliance, blood pressure, weight gain, mode of delivery, neonatal status indicators. Resluts ] Comparing the two groups, the treatment group of gestational diabetes mellitus knowledge rate, diet and exercise toimprove treatment compliance, the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose control level is good,the cesarean section rate, incidence of macrosomia was significantly reduced （P〈0.05）; and the blood pressure, twocompared no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ] Nursing intervention during pregnancy diabetes outpatient care helps to improve the patient＇s self management ability, has played an important role to improve the prognosis of the patients.
