伴糖尿病的慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗效果研究

目的研究牙周基础治疗对伴有糖尿病的慢性牙周炎患者的治疗效果。方法选择伴Ⅱ型糖尿病的老年慢性牙周炎患者(糖尿病组)与不伴糖尿病的老年慢性牙周炎患者(非糖尿病组)各20例行牙周基础治疗,记录并比较两组患者在基线和术后3、6、12个月的菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊出血、探诊深度、附着丧失等指标。结果牙周基础治疗对两组患者均有较好的治疗效果,各项指标均明显改善,与基线水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组间各项牙周指数的改善在术后3、6、12个月差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗对伴有糖尿病的老年慢性牙周炎患者在短期内(12个月)有良好的治疗效果。

Observations of the Non-Surgical Treatment Response on Diabetic Patients with Chronic Periodontitis in Eldly

Objective To observe the clinical response of non-surgical treatment on diabetic patients with chronic periodontitis in eldly.Methods There were two groups,40 cases(20 cases each),included in this test,who received non-surgical periodontal treatment,i.e.,group of chronic gerontal periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM),and group of is chronic gerontal periodontitis group without diabetes(Non-DM).We recorded and compared the following indices of every patient: plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),bleeding on probing(BOP),probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL) at baseline,3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment.Results It was found that the effect of non-surgical periodontal procedure had resulted in significant effects on both groups,each index have been improved obviously(compare with baselines,P<0.01).The treatment response was similar in both DM and Non-DM patients with chronic gerontal periodontitis.Conclusion Chronic gerontal periodontitis patients with diabetes have a satisfactory therapeutic reaction to non-surgical periodontal treatment and blood glucose level have no effect on therapeutic reaction.
