丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉对肝炎肝硬化患者术后肝肾功能的影响

目的探讨丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉对肝炎肝硬化术后患者肝肾功能的影响。方法研究对象为2008年5月～2010年9月我院收治的56例肝炎肝硬化行脾切断流术的患者，随机分为七氟醚组及丙泊酚＋七氟醚组，每组28例。观察两组患者术前、麻醉诱导后2h、术后1d的肝肾功能指标及自由基水平。结果麻醉诱导后2h，两组ALB、SOD、MDA、BUN、Cr差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术后1d，两组ALT、ALB、SOD、MDA、BUN、Cr差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉对肝炎肝硬化行脾切断流术患者的肝肾功能无显著不利影响，值得临床上推广应用。

The effect of propofol combined with sevoflurane on renal and hepatic function in patients with liver cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with sevoflurane on renal and hepatic function in 1iver cirrhosis patients.Methods Admitted to our hospital from may 2008 to september 2010,and comfirmed by porta-azygous disconnection,56 patients analyzed retrospectively.56 patients with randomly divided into sevoflurane group and propofol+sevoflurane group.Renal and hepatic functions,oxygen free radicals level were detected before and on the 2 h after anesthesia induction and 1st postoperative day.Results On the 2 h after anesthesia induction,ALB,SOD,MDA,BUN,Cr were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);On the 1st postoperative day,ALT,ALB,SOD,MDA,BUN,Cr were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with sevoflurane has no significant effect on the renal and hepatic function in patients with liver cirrhosis underwent portaazygous disconnection,is worthy to be popularized.
