近5年国内针灸治疗肩周炎临床疗效评价指标应用概况分析

目的:对国内近5年针灸治疗肩周炎临床疗效评价指标的应用概况进行分析.方法:检索国内相关中文数据库2007年～2011年发表文献,并对相关信息进行提取.结果:近5年国内针灸治疗肩周炎临床研究评价中存在综合疗效评价占主导、疗效观察指标不统一、不全面、客观量表应用不足、软指标重视不够等不足.结论:建议针灸临床工作者从全面、系统、客观角度出发对针灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效进行评价.

Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Frozen Shoulder:Evaluation Indexes of Clinical Trials Published from 2007 to 2011 in China

Objective:To analyze the evaluation indexes status of clinical trials for frozen shoulder treated by acupuncture and moxbustion from 2007 to 2011.Methods:Articles published from 2007~2011 in domestic databases were collected,and the relevant information was extracted too.Results:There were several deficiencies that existed in clinical evaluation for frozen shoulder treated by acupuncture and moxbustion in recent five years,such as comprehensive evaluation was mainly used as the evaluation index,the observational indexes of curative effect were not uniform and incomplete,the application of objective measure scale was not enough,and the soft index was not well used,etc.Conclusion:Recommend acupuncturists to evaluate the clinical efficacy of frozen shoulder treated by acupuncture and moxibustion from a view of comprehensive,systematic and objective point.
