1996年~2005年郑州地区围产儿出生质量分析

目的:了解郑州市围产儿出生质量变化趋势,为提高出生人口素质提供依据。方法:采用以医院为基础的监测方法,1996~2005年连续10年对郑州市辖区内乡级及乡级以上接产医院住院分娩的围产儿进行监测,监测内容为活产儿、围产儿死亡、出生缺陷等情况。结果:10年间共住院分娩围产儿496203例,活产儿493327例,死胎2329例,死产547例,早期新生儿死亡2168例,出生缺陷3914例。围产儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势,由1996年的12.88‰下降至2005年的7.46‰,出生缺陷发生率呈基本稳定态势;死胎在围产儿死亡中所占比例逐年增高。结论:提高出生人口质量,应提高孕期保健水平,加强宫内监护,降低围产儿早产、低出生体重和出生缺陷的发生。

Analysis about the birth quality of perinatal fetus from 1996～2005 in Zhengzhou

Objective: To investigate the birth quality of perinatal fetus,in order to advance the population quality.Methods: Monitored the perinatal fetus in village's and higher hospital from 1996 to 2005 in Zhengzhou,including perinatal fetus,living birth,perinatal death,birth defects and earlier newborn death.Results: 496203 fetus were delivered during 10 years,including 493327 cases of living birth,but dead fetus accounted for 2329,and 547 cases were stillbirth,earlier newborn death possessed 2168 cases,3914 cases were birth defects.The mortality rate of perinatal fetus reduced from 12.88‰ in 1996 to 7.46‰ in 2005.The birth defects showed steady state,while the rate of stillbirth went up.Conclusion: Earlier antenatal care and careful intrauterine monitor were very necessary for improving population quality,and decreasing the rate of premature birth and birth defects.
