再生障碍性贫血巨核细胞数量及骨髓像分析

目的 探索巨核细胞数量及骨髓像在再障诊断中的变化。方法 对181例再障417次骨髓穿刺进行研究。结果 90％以上标本骨髓巨核细胞数量减少或缺乏。急性再障骨髓中粒系、红系及巨核细胞均明显低于慢性再障,淋巴细胞及浆细胞比值则高于慢性再障(P<0.005)。随增生程度的降低,再障骨髓中粒系、红系及巨核细胞的数量逐渐减少而淋巴细胞的比值逐渐增高。结论 在再障诊断时仔细分析巨核细胞和骨髓像是有重要意义的。

Analysis of megakaryocytes and marrow aspirate in aplastic anemia.

Objective To investigate the value of megakaryocytes and marrow aspirate in diagnosing aplastic anemia. Method The bone marrow specimens of 181 patients with aplastic anemia were analysed by 417 times of marrow aspirate. Results Megakaryocytes were reduced over 90% in marrow specimens. The quantity of granulo-cyte series, erythrocyte series and Megakaryocytes in the smears of acute aplastic anemia were much lower than those of chronic aplastic anemia, but the ratios of lymphocytes and plasma cells in acute aplastic anemia were higher than that of chronic aplastic anemia respectivily. Myeloid or erythroid series and megakaryocytes decreased significantly, but the ratio of lymphocytes increased with the decrease of cellularity. Conclusion It is important to analyse megakaryocytes and marrow aspirate in diagnosis of aplastic anemia.
