| 摘 要： | 评价国产和进口特拉唑嗪片在中国人群中的生物等效性及治疗前列腺增生的药物经济学.采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定20名健康受试者口服2mg盐酸特拉唑嗪片后的血浆特拉唑嗪浓度;对128例前列腺增生患者分别用国产片剂和进口片剂进行治疗,运用药物经济学的费用-效果分析方法进行评估.国产盐酸特拉唑嗪和进口片剂具有生物等效性,国产特拉唑嗪是治疗前列腺增生的较为经济有效的口服药物.

| Abstract: | Total 20 healthy volunteers were chosen to take a single dose of 2mg domestic or imported terazosin tablets orally in a randomized crossover study. The concentration in Plasma was determined by HPLC-fluorescence method. 128 BPH patients were divided randomly into two groups, one group took domestic tablets and the other group imported ones. Cost-effective analysis was made. The result showed that domestic and imported terazosin tablets were bioequivalent and domestic product was more cost-effective. |
