碘伏湿敷应用于会阴伤口的效果观察

目的 探讨产后应用0．5％碘伏持续湿敷会阴伤口的临床效果及湿敷最佳时间。方法 选取2003年9—12月有会阴伤口的产妇204例为实验组1，2004年9—12月有会阴伤口的产妇204例为实验组2，再取2002年9—12月有会阴伤口的产妇198例为对照组。于产后伤口缝合完毕，实验组分别用0．5％碘伏持续湿敷会阴伤口2h及1h，对照组用0．5％碘伏擦拭伤口，比较3组产后24h会阴伤口水肿及愈合情况。结果 实验组1会阴伤口红肿率18．14％，愈合良好率98．53％；实验组2会阴伤口红肿率23．53％，愈合良好率97．55％；对照组会阴伤口红肿率66．16％，愈合良好率92．93％。3组会阴伤口水肿情况差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。对照组与实验组1会阴伤口愈合情况差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；对照组与实验组2会阴伤口愈合情况差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。实验组1、2会阴伤口水肿及愈合情况差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论 产后用0．5％碘伏持续湿敷会阴伤口的最佳时间为1h，能有效减轻会阴伤口水肿，明显地降低会阴伤口的感染率，促进伤口愈合。

The perioperative nursing about patients who have accepted the procedure of prolapsed hemorrhoid operation

Objective To study the proper perioperative nursing methods about patients who have accepted the procedure of prolapsed hemorrhoid operation. Methods Careful and finished before operative evaluation and the perioperative nursing cares were used for patients. Results Only one patients dead for lung cancer, others had successful operation without any complications. Conclusions Careful nursing intervention can effective reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complication for PPH, and then improve the quality of life for patients.
