哈尔滨地区正常（牙合）软组织侧貌形态学研究

目的：建立哈尔滨地区正常（牙合）人群Amett头影测量分析法软组织形态的正常参考值。方法：对哈尔滨地区高校大学生普查，随机选取正常（牙合）48例（男22例，女26例），将选取的样本拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片，定点测量后应用Spss软件对结果进行数据分析。结果：软组织结构中上唇厚、下唇厚、颏厚、鼻唇角、全面高、上唇长、下唇长、面下1／3高度、上颌高度、下颌高度、TVL到眶缘点、颧骨点、鼻翼点、上唇突点、上切牙点、下切牙点、软组织B点的距离、咽喉长度、软组织A点到软组织B点、上唇突点到下唇突点、眶缘点至软组织A点在性别差异有统计学意义。结论：哈尔滨地区正常（牙合）人群Amett分析法部分软组织测量项目在性别上存在差异。

Cephalometric analysis of soft tissue morphology with normal occlusion in Harbin areas arentt cephalometric analysis of Harbin students with normal occlusion.

Objective： To obtain the refered value of Arnett cephalometric analysis in Harbin students with normal occlusion. Method： 48 students （22 males and 26 females） in Harbin with normal occlusion were chosen.Lateral cephalo- grams of the sbujects are taken respectively with a roentgenographic cephalometer. Arnett analysis was conducted on basis of the lateral cephalograms. Result： There was difference in some values of Arentt analysis between male and female of the stu- dents in Harbin. （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： There was sexual difference of Arentt analysis in students with normal occlusion.
