三种不同充填材料治疗老年根面龋的临床观察

目的：探寻老年人根面龋充填治疗的理想充填材料。方法：选择55—76岁老年人120例共279颗患根面龋的患牙随机分为3组，分别采用玻璃离子水门汀、光固化复合树脂、光固化流动树脂进行充填治疗，1年后观察治疗效果。结果：光固化流动树脂行老年人根面龋充填治疗成功率为91．66％，明显高于玻璃离子水门汀组（76．08％）及光固化复合树脂组（71．58％），经统计学分析，差异有显著性意义（P=0．003）。结论：光固化流动复合树脂是一种较为理想的老年根面龋充填材料。

Clinical observation on treating the root caries in aged people with three kinds of filling materials.

Objective： To evaluate an ideal filling material for the treatment of the root caries in aged peolpe. Method： 279 teeth with root caries of the 120 patients aged between 55 to 76 were randomly divided into three groups：which were filled with Glass Ionomer Cement （GIC）,light-cured composite resin and light-cured flow resin. The success rates were ob- served a year later. Result： The success rate of light-cured flow resin group was 91.66 %,which was significantly higher than 76.08 % of Glass Ionomer Cement group and 71.58 % of light-cured composite resin group.There were statistically signifi- cant differences among the three groups（P =0.003）. Conclusion： The light-cured flow resin is an idea filling material for the treatment of the root caries in aged people.
