上颌窦外提升在口腔种植术中的应用

目地：探讨上颌窦外提升术在口腔种植手术中的应用，以扩大口腔种植术的适应证。方法：2007年5月-2012年12月对41例患者，通过上颌窦外提升术同期或延期植入86枚Itl种植体，使用Bio—Oss人工骨作为骨移植材料，采用非埋入式种植技术。结果：41例患者中2例发生上颌窦黏膜破裂，86枚种植体均完成种植修复，随访至2012年底，种植修复体无松动脱落，临床修复效果满意。结论：上颌窦外提升术可以扩大口腔种植的适应症。

Maxillary sinus augmentation in oral implant surgery.

Objective：To investigate the maxillary sinus augmentation operation in oral implant surgery, in order to ex- pand the indications of oral implantology. Method：A total of 86 implants with maxillary sinus augmentation with simultaneous or delayed implants in total 41patients from May 2007 to December 2012 in our hospital,intraoperative use of Bio-Oss colla- gen as a bone graft material,using non submerged cultivation technology. Result：Sinus membrane perforation was observed in 2 cases. All of the 86 implants were restored,no implants lost was observed during the followed up to 2012,and patients were satisfied with the final protheses, Conclusion：Maxillary sinus augmentation was a predictable and safe technique,and expand the indications of oral implantology.
