手术治疗108例高血压性脑出血疗效分析

目的:探讨高血压性脑出血的不同手术方式的治疗效果。方法:回顾1998年1月至2003年1月手术治疗高血压性脑出血108例,根据入院时的病情,出血部位及血肿量,将病人分级分型,分别采用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术,大骨瓣开颅血肿清除瓣去骨瓣减压术,血肿穿刺尿激酶冲洗引流术,观察手术效果。结果:生存病例按日常生活能力分为:良好(恢复正常工作与生活)26例;中(生活自理)46例;差(生活不能自理)23例;死亡13例。结论:根据高血压性脑出血病人的入院情况,选择适当的手术方式,积极防治并发症,可提高手术效果。

Analysis of 108 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by operation

Objective: To investigate the effects of different operative ways in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (H/H).Method: Review 108 cases of HIH treated by opertation from January 1998 to January 2003. The patients were classified according to the hemorrhage locus , volume of hematoma. Decompressive craniectomy with little bone window, major bone flap craniotomy decompression and cerebral puncture with drainage using urokinase were applied to estimate the outcomes . Results: Of the 108 cases, 26 cases were cured with good recovery, 46 cases with moderate recovery , 23 with severe deformity of vegetative life, the rest 13 died after operation. Conclusion: Based on the patients conditiors admittions, proper. operative method can improve the outcomes and decrease the incidence of complications.
