| 摘 要： | 为了解贵阳市细菌性阴道病（ｂａｃｔｅｒｉａｌ ｖａｇｉｎｏｓｉｓ，ＢＶ）的现状，对２８８例以白带增多或外阴不适为主诉的患者进行了阴道分泌物革兰染色，观察细菌特点及线索细胞。结果显示，引起ＢＶ的细菌有加德纳细菌形态细菌和（或）类村菌形态细菌、弯曲弧菌形态细菌、革兰阳性球菌等。检出ＢＶ患者１３５例，检出率为４６．８８％，其中合并滴虫、霉菌感染的分别为２０例（１４．８１％）、１４例（１０．３７％）；滴虫

| Abstract: | For studing the present situation of bacterial vaginosis (BV) in Guiyang,we used Gram-stain on vaginal secretion from 288 patients who complaint leukorrhagia of discomfort of vulva,and observed characteristic of bacteria and trace cell.The result showed that the cells casued BV were Gardner's bacteric and bacteroides bacteria,arcuation bacteria,Gram-positive bacteria.We detected 135 cases of patient with BV. The detectable rate was 46.88 percent,however,20 cases (14.81%) of them complicated trichomonal infection and 14 cases (10.37%) of them complicated mycotic infection. There were 27 cases(9.38%) mycotic and 52 cases (18.05%) trichomonal vaginitis.It showed that there were some type of bacteria causing BV.The BV incidence was much higher than that of trichomonal and mycotic infection.It is worth to pay attention for clinical doctors. |
