摘    要:目的开发用于指导细菌体外药敏试验方法并对试验结果进行综合评价的计算机软件系统。方法收集细菌耐药性、药物代谢动力学和经验治疗用药的相关资料,在美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)文件基础上,使用Visual FoxPro5.0编程语言进行开发。结果系统实现了自动选择药物、自动判断结果,具有对试验结果进行审核提示、参考治疗方案提示和耐药性统计功能。结论系统运行稳定,操作简单,有助于提高抗生素敏感试验报告的参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To develop a computer software system capable of constructing the methods of bacterial drug susceptibility test and comprehensive evaluation of the results of bacterial drug susceptibility test in vitro. Methods To collect the data relevant to bacterial drug resistance, pharmacokinetics and empiric drug therapy and then ,on the basis of NCCLS files, to carry out the development using Visual FoxPro5.0 as software programming language. Results The software system can automaticly show the selections of antimicrobial agents for test, decide whether the antibiotics is a susceptible(S),intermediate(I) or resistant(R) category tested by disk diffusion methods or dilution methods, check and interpret the results on the basis of expert rules, report the antibiotics in groups, suggest the therapeutic regimens, acquire the statistics of the present occurence and resistance of bacteria isolated from different patients locations during a period of time. Conclusions The software system is steady in function and simple to operate. The use of the software can help elevate the dependability and consulting value of the reports of antibiotic susceptibility test.
