1,262例癫痫的脑电图分析

总结分析宁夏医学院附属医院1975～85年1月1,262例癫痫的脑电图,其中的986例同时辅用了过度换气和(或)闪光刺激以诱发癫痫电活动的发生。全组中,继发性癫痫大发作(特别是脑外伤所致者)的病例较多。结果,正常脑电图383例(30.35％),临界脑电图78例(6.18％),异常脑电图301例(63.47％)。对癫痫发病年龄、病程与发作类型、异常脑电图的表现形式之间的关系,以及癫痫的病因(包括继发性大发作的病因)和颞叶癫痫进行了分析探讨。

EEG Analysis of 1,262 Cases of Epilepsy

From year 1975 to Jan. 1985, 1,262 cases of epilepsy encountered in our Affiliated Hospital were examined for electroencephalography (EEG), 986 of which were assisted by hyperventilation induction or/and flash photic stimulation aimed. to evoke abnormal epileptic EEG wave oatterns. In the whole series, cases of secondary grand mal (especially those due to brain injuries) occupied a considerable proportion. Resultant findings showed normal EEG in 383 cases (30.35%), border-line critical EEG in 73 cases (6.18%), and abnormal EEG in 801 cases (63.47%). The relationships between age of onset, course of disease,types of seizure attacks of this anomaly as well as wave patterns of abnormal EEG were analyzed; the etiology of epilepsy (including those of secondary grand mal) and regional epileptic foci in temporal lobe were discussed.
